~When Qi is free-flowing there is harmony, balance and good health. When Qi is blocked or there is too much or too little Qi, there is an imbalance that can lead to disharmony and disease. The core component of TCM is correcting the imbalances that have caused illness or pain or correcting the imbalances before the onset of symptoms as a preventative to dis-ease.
